THE FIRM
PSG Counsellors at Law was founded by Mr. Daniel Pardede, Mr. Tulus Simanjuntak, and Mr. Gilang Gustya. Though recently established in 2019, the trio is highly experienced in both litigation and non-litigation matters.
PSG is truly the comprehensive law firm uniquely positioned to assist it’s client achieve their ambitions in this competitive economy.
Our practice attracts the sharpest mind and keenest abilities. We are the advocates who are dedicated to the practice of litigation, corporate law, commercial litigation, family law, foreign investment law. Our office consistently delivers result.
The ultimate aim of PSG Counsellors at Law is to be the firm of choice for those who desire highly competent and responsive lawyers to assist them in their many activities in Indonesia.
We take pride in being able to deliver top-notch specialized services in certain areas – comparable or superior to those offered by the larger and more established Indonesian Firms.
Indeed, we honour the trust given by our clients in appointing us. Thus we always commit and strive to give the appropriate level of expertise, attention and supervision to the work which we accept.
In response to the needs of our clients, specialization has become an important characteristic of our practice. The partners are group into units, each specializing in an area of the law. However, we practice as one firm. Lawyers from different disciplines are in close contact, enabling us to offer a “team” approach, combining lawyers from different practice groups.
OUR ATTORNEYS
DANIEL SONY R. PARDEDE
Graduated from the Faculty of Law Atma Jaya University in 2013, Mr. Pardede then worked at Mawar Saron Legal Aid Institution, Hotma Sitompul & Associates Law Firm, and Fifi Lety Law Firm, for many years. He is experienced in various areas such as litigation, commercial litigation, Criminal proceedings, and labor law. Mr. Pardede is a member of Himpunan Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia (HKPI) and Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia (PERADI). He is fluent in both English and Bahasa.
TULUS H. SIMANJUNTAK
Before founding the firm, Mr. Simanjuntak worked in Lembaga Bantuan Hukum Mawar Saron and Hotma Sitompul & Associates Law Firm. He graduated from Faculty of Law Trisakti University in 2009. Litigation, commercial litigation, family law, labor law and arbitration are his experienced fields of work. Active in Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia (PERADI), Mr. Simanjuntak is also fluent in English and Bahasa.
GILANG GUSTYA PRATAMA
Fluent in English, Bahasa, and Japanese, Mr. Gustya worked in Brigitta I. Rahayoe & Partners Law Firm for a couple of years, a Japanese company in Tokyo, and Firmansyah, Kurniagung, Nagel, & Kurnia (FKNK) Law Firm for a year. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Atma Jaya University in 2012. He is experienced in litigation, commercial litigation, foreign investment law, general corporate law, foreigner's working permit, and bankruptcy law. Mr. Gustya is an active member of Persatuan Advokat Indonesia (PERADI) and Ikatan Alumni Atma Jaya.
